Gobinder Pandher - CEO

Gobinder Pandher is an incoming fourth-year medical student at UCSF San Joaquin Valley PRIME with a focus on anesthesiology and perioperative care. Raised in California’s San Joaquin Valley in an immigrant family, he brings a firsthand understanding of the structural barriers facing underserved communities. He is actively engaged in health policy and advocacy, serving on the Fresno County Behavioral Health Board, where he works to advance community-informed policy solutions. His leadership is driven by a commitment to ensuring that rural and under-resourced populations are meaningfully represented in healthcare policy and systems reform.

Jenna Ure - CFO

Jenna Ure is a Physician Associate student at UC San Diego, originally from Mt. Shasta, California. Her rural upbringing informs her passion for improving healthcare access in underserved and underprivileged communities. She is committed to advancing equitable care through both clinical practice and policy advocacy, with a focus on expanding access and addressing systemic barriers in rural healthcare delivery

Andrea Ure - Secretary

Andrea Ure is a fourth-year medical student at UC Davis School of Medicine, originally from Mt. Shasta, California. Growing up in a rural community shaped her commitment to serving underserved populations and addressing disparities in healthcare access. She is dedicated to advocating for policies that strengthen care delivery in resource-limited settings and ensure that rural communities have a voice in the future of healthcare
