Gobinder Pander (President)

Gobinder Pandher is an incoming fourth-year medical student at UCSF San Joaquin Valley PRIME with a focus on anesthesiology and perioperative care. Raised in California’s San Joaquin Valley in an immigrant family, he brings a firsthand understanding of the structural barriers facing underserved communities. He is actively engaged in health policy and advocacy, serving on the Fresno County Behavioral Health Board, where he works to advance community-informed policy solutions. His leadership is driven by a commitment to ensuring that rural and under-resourced populations are meaningfully represented in healthcare policy and systems reform.
